Community Tasting Notes 3

September 5, 2009 - No sediment on decanting. Light color, clear rim. Lovely spiced cherry nose with complimentary sweet and savory spices--all very well integrated and harmonious. Sweet fruit entry with crushed black cherry, plum, sweet spice and oak. Nice viscous texture. Tannins are subdued and the acidity is just adequate. The finish is warm and satisfying. Showstopper aromatics earn this high marks. 91 points. Drink now-2012.

August 21, 2009 - Impossible to rate this bottle of wine. This is exactly why any newer bottle of Sineann does not have corks. my bottle didn't have TCA, but the subtlety of the wine is overpowered with the flavor of cork.

December 20, 2008 - True to Pinot Noir nose. Medium intensity ruby color. Medium weight on palate; very nice pinot flavors. Ready to drink.
