April 15, 2024 - Intensive Aromatik stark geprägt von Quitten und reifen exotischen Früchten wie Mango und Ananas. Perfektes Säure-/Süssespiel. Fülliger Körper mit Druck im Gaumen und unendlich langem Abgang. Jetzt in perfekter Drinkreife, sicher nochmals 20-30 Jahre gut.
Genossen mit einer Selektion von verschiedenen Blauschimmelkäsen. Eine perfekte Kombination. -

Orange and apricot marmalade, cooked and peach compote, freshly baked nectarine tart, baked pastry dough, manuka honey.
Lusciously sweet but balanced by bright acidity and well integrated salinty. Silky texture, very refined, subtle but not lacking in concentration. Extremely long finish. All components are well integrated and complementing each other. What a treat.
