December 4, 2020 - Merlot severo, con piccola percentuale di Cabernet, non filtrato, biodinamico. Naso imponente, un trono di frutti rossi prugna ciliegia liquirizia tabacco tamarindo caffè pepe e lieve tostatura pur non essendo passato da legni piccoli. Stranamente il cacao non in prima linea... Al sorso lunghissimo, ritmato, tannino domato ma con assonanze alcoliche torbate. Naso vince sul palato ma mantenendo un sostanziale equilibrio di vino di alto livello.
