November 25, 2021 - Drinking exceptionally well now. Acid still there but will fade sooner than later it seems. Super long finish. Far from fruit forward but still shows cherry.

November 14, 2020 - Beautiful pale color. Nose was undisclosed, mild alcohol if anything. Complex palate. Layers of spice, minerals over cherry, floral and cassis.
Deep supple with a again a lively finish. Roasted chicken and roast veg. -
