March 13, 2008 - Light translucent brick red. Weak aromas of tart cherry, rare meat. Rather simple bouquet. Taste of tart cherry with hint of apple. Acidic but not very tannic. The wine has a slight bitterness. Only a 10 second finish. Rather a simple wine.
