June 16, 2012 - Very interesting. Note below sums up quite well. A deliberate attempt at complexity and pulled off well. Quite tangy (the riesling input?) and also pongy; perhaps some oxidisation makes up part of the recipe? Broad tropical fruits on the palate, at least early, before some peppery minerals kick in. Def my style but not sure I'd hold for much after this calender year.

March 11, 2011 - Excellent SB (with a touch of riesling). Crisp green apple, gooseberry, kaffir lime, pear and touch of funk and smoke. So textural, almost creamy, crisp and cleansing, kaffir lime, herbal long finish, leaves a delicious muskiness in the mouth.
