Community Tasting Notes 1

July 21, 2011 - I'd love to know the grape source for this wine as it's completely up my alley. A poster child for true medium climate shiraz; dark red berries, ripe but not sweet, sliver of minerals, and flashes of toasty oak on the nose. Some lack of acid and tannin suggests this won't keep for a decade like the 2001.
