April 30, 2011 - A weighty Chassagne that has nice aromatics of stone fruits and minerals. The material here is very nice, but it lacks a bit of precision. The acidity is on the low side considering the vintage and structurally this isn't exactly what I want in white Burgundy. It's drinking well now, however, and my reservations are mainly about stylistic issues.
