April 3, 2020 - Took about 45min to open-up, quite special, a bit earthy but also fruity and fullbodied. No rush to drink

January 22, 2016 - What a truly great wine - i never expected, that a wine from a spanish island from mallorca could be so great - it is so breathtaking to drink this kind of wine-- grapes from 95% Callet, 5% Manto-Negro and Fogoneu.- i never drank a wine like this - the fruit is so impecciable and the smell... give this beauty at least 5-10 years - and will last till 2030
