  August 16, 2012 - Quite leathery and a little sweet even. Had with spaghetti with spicy sausage and enjoyed a lot. Very nice match. Definitely a great value for the price.

  January 13, 2012 - Excellent QPR. The nose has big bacon and smoke expression. There is mostly dark fruit on the palate but it's big. Bacon notes fade although smoke continues with subtle spice on the finish. Beautiful hues. I like Predator as a producer overall.
