February 1, 2020 - 11 years young. 1st day was full of fruit but had tightness and alcohol taste. Day #2 muted alcohol and soft tannins with expressive fruit. This one is still kickin. Love Aussie Shiraz.

October 2, 2016 - Purplish turning dark red at the edges. In the mouth there is lots of sweet blueberry, chocolate, blackberry and a hint of something crunchier like cranberry. There's a hint of menthol too. It is not at all jammy, but the fruit manages to be both pure and sweet. More of the same on a smooth finish. A very nice wine.

November 21, 2015 - Still dense dark purple notes with chocolate notes - colour all the way through. Big black berry and currant fruits, some leafiness and a savoury, meaty note. Maybe a dusty note, but otherwise big, fresh and youthful. Big but balanced cassis taste with a little eucalyptus. Well integrated tannins, good structure and lots of life. Fruity, sour finish.

November 14, 2015 - Very nice robust Shiraz - great with a grilled bone-in Ribeye
