September 3, 2023 - I don't have much experience with sherry, but I should drink this more. Might prefer Fino and Manzanilla over amontillado... this wine was not wrong in any sense and actually very tasty with its brown and nutty profile. Fine freshness also. Would be interesting to see how well this keeps in the fridge. Now drank over two days.
