January 13, 2024 - a bit too much of a fruit bomb for my taste.the wine is dense, rich and full bodied.Decanted 2 hours beforehand and drunk over 2 days, with not too much discernible difference

June 18, 2023 - 2010 Bordeaux left vs right bank blind tasting. Both decanted 2 hours with blind tasted australian beef.
Well rounded tannins balanced with a voluptuous fruit, complimenting the flavours of the angus and wagyu.

March 18, 2023 - From 375m / Tight and nose a little prunish, softened but really big; needs more time like many 10’s.

March 17, 2023 - Decanted for 2 hours. Deep purple in color with a bit of garnet on the edges. This wine is intensely aromatic. It has aromas of black raspberry, cassis, mushroom, cinnamon, and vanilla. On the palate, notes of cassis, mulberry, licorice, tobacco, and leather. The wine is dry, high tannin, high acidity, moderate alcohol, and full bodied with a long, multi-faceted finish. It has plenty of years left.

October 8, 2022 - Amazing. Such a young wine still. Only started to give you glimpses of what it is made of after 2 hours in the decanter. This was just fantastic. When you want a beautifully crafted Bordeaux, this is what you drink. Really excellent stuff. Excited to see where this is in years time. Will easily live for another 15-20 years.
