May 15, 2015 - Fruity in a slightly candied way, enjoyable if not complex.

May 15, 2015 - American Pinot - a much needed education: Cherry cola/candy, floral, whiff of spice and mushroom. has that Pinot funk note that is hard to describe but when you smell it - you just know it. Some vanilla from the oak as well though. Ripe mid of cherry and cola. good acidity. Finish is there now (while it was short last night) touch of vanilla. sweet caramel on the finish but light enough to stay refreshing. the bitter note that was present last night is gone completely. Ripe lush and lovely. resolved and ready to go - though in no hurry. Good stuff!

September 11, 2011 - Very fruity with dark fruit flavors of blackberry and cherry. Smooth and has matured well to be ready for drinking now. Great wine from a good vineyard that produces consistently good wine

July 10, 2010 - OK, but not worth the 40 dollar price tag. Just not much going on except fruit.

September 23, 2009 - Oregon Pinot: opened way after the other bottles, and didn't really have time to unwind itself. the fruit seemed nice, something herbal too, but i was not very impressed in the end - these wines are so focused on fruit that they do not have the complexity to make them very interesting. and at these prices, it makes it a simple call not to buy them.
