June 1, 2019 - Nose is pretty and floral with orchard fruits, yeasty brioche and a hint of Jordan almond. Palate is lemon juice and more yeasty oxidized notes followed by a strong (but delicious) honey flavor. A great wine that may have even more life left still (!) Bravo, Gruet. Pair with a beet and goat cheese salad or tuna crudo.
