May 11, 2024 - Ce 2009 manque d'acidité à l'ouverture, et n'a pas l'équilibre aérien que j'aime sur Jurançons. Néanmoins 36h plus tard, la bouteille non rebouchée laissée au frigo est plus avenante, je pense que ce millésime a un long potentiel de garde. A suivre

April 19, 2012 - Pas certain de l'année goutée, mais ce vin doux était délicieux. Bu à l'Auberge du Lavaux avec Fiammetta, très soyeux, voluptueux, finition plus "fraiche" qu'un vin doux classique. Fut excellant avec un fois gras poellé.

February 1, 2011 - Golden coloured with a rich, sugary, syrupy nose. Honeyed and very sweet with dense nutty caramel flavours and good acidity to balance the sweetness. Very enjoyable and would score higher but is a little light on the finish.
