Community Tasting Notes 1

January 7, 2015 - Colares and Carcavelos tasting: Brickish brown colour. Initially musty basement nose with hints of meat and overripe raspberries, later the basement subsided a bit. Still alive on the palate, but certainly old - taste of raw meat on the smoke, Florentine steak. Difficult to rate this.
