November 29, 2022 - I've been waiting a while try this wine and have not been disappointed
Wines made from 100% cabernet franc are delicate and aromatic, with red fruit aromas of: Cherry, Strawberry , Raspberry, Tomato
Cabernet franc has a savory character behind the fruit, with tasting notes of: Dried herbs, Fresh bell pepper , Roasted red pepper , Fresh mint , Pencil shavings
this wine doesn't have tomato aromas and no bell peppers or whatever pencil shavings taste like
Colour deep red black purple hues clear on the rim
Nose good intensity, florals of violet and red rose , mixed dark berries, red fruits of strawberry raspberry and cherry , milk chocolate, tobacco cassis smoky oak vanilla pod , spice ,good complexity 28/30
palate med bodied rich luscious fruits silky tannins great acidity thoughout the palate , extra long finish 20+ seconds 42/44
overall Well worth the wait super wine , the amount of primary fruit on the nose and palate in amazing the best straight Cab Franc I've had 11/11
