May 4, 2011 - Clear meniscus with brick edge, starting to show it's age. Slightly volatile nose, nice entry and mid-palate when soft, round tannins start to appear. Hot finish (as expected, it is 14.5 AV), throws it slightly out of balance. Slight sweetness nicely balanced by acidity and tannins. Medium/long length, very good overall.
