Community Tasting Notes 1

April 9, 2012 - Lemon-amber color. Nice nose of ripe peaches, honeydew melon, a bit of nutmeg. Stones kick in on the palate in a very pleasant way, in a tart and juicy mixture of white peaches and apples. The finish has spices again and some mineral notes, with a bit of smoke. This is a light-bodied, bracing, and flavorful bottle.
