February 3, 2024 - La añada 2000 es una de las grandes de la zona así que decidimos "estirarnos" y disfrutar de la evolución de esta joya de la repostería líquida. De color ámbar brillante. La nariz es seductora, golosa, con volumen, hay miel ligera, orejones, fruta confitada, corteza de naranja, almizcle, pasas sultanas, dátiles, humo, ... Y en boca tras una entrada intensa y un paso cremoso una acidez excepcional y una atractivos amargos completan una excelente definición. Dulzor equilibrado. Largo y evocador.

July 18, 2022 - Dark gold and fully mature. Complex nose of dried fruit, honey, lychee, caramels. Sweet. Oily and balsamic texture. Long and sweet finish, intense.
