August 15, 2013 - On the nose, bandaid and camphor. On the palate, cherry, black fruit, and raspberry, with a tart finish and an almost oily mouthfeel. There is barely enough acidity to match the fruit. This shows the heat of the year, but manages to avoid being pruney or unbalanced. Good for the price.

March 8, 2013 - Floral on the nose, on the palate spice, black fruit and a little bacon fat, a little tartness on the finish, good acidity and silky mouthfeel. Really nice effort.
