June 1, 2011 - Rather discreet nose with minerals and red berries.On the palate dry,light bodied,crispy and quite refreshing,giving discreet red berries/currant,some mineral and a hint of citrus.Very pure and clean with perfect balance.Don´t remember when I have enjoyed a rosé this much.

A clean nose of watermelon, redcurrant, strawberry and lime. Some herbaceous notes and stone dust.
Dry, medium bodied and crispy palate giving nice mid-intense fruit (red berries, stonefruits and citrus). Lively and refreshing balanced whole finishing with a beautiful palate-cleansing acidic-bitter-minerally swipe leaving your palate ready for a new sip. Just love it!
