January 7, 2016 - Deep intensity. Cherry blossom bouquet. Oh snap, yum. Cherry plum banana bread snd floral palette. Spicy front of white pepper and slight mint. Coffee. Rich mouth feel tart but smooth. Oak.

December 28, 2014 - Delicious and definitely not past its prime. Loaded with blackeberry, cherry, mocha, and coffee flavors. Finishes long with hints of spice. Still has a couple years left.
