October 10, 2012 - Fresh, aromatic, with a lemom/lime tang and good depth. Very clean: a good example.

November 14, 2011 - Fairly consistent with previous bottles. Limpid yellow with a green hue. The nose is quite full with notes of lemon juice and good minerality. Fresh and almost a little "spritzery" with good minerality, zippy lemon fruit and a herby finish. A great midweek bottle.

October 16, 2011 - Pale green. Powerful aromas of lemon peel with a hint of minerals. Fresh and crisp on the palate with good minerality and a touch of white pepper on the finish.
