January 28, 2022 - I opened this wine to celebrate bros new born daughters.
It has a nice nose of lemon, pear, peach, floral, mineral and slightly mushroom. Palate is elegance, balance, concentrated and complex with great acidity and powerful finish.
Fully mature and in a great spot.
Definitely impressive and probably a showcase of great white wine. -

May 13, 2016 - THE Burgundy Dinner (The Doctors Nosnik Cellar - Dallas TX): Without question, this was the positive surprise of the evening. Floral and ripe, showing the great concentration of the best 1997s, but also shocking freshness now rarely found in that vintage. Barely evolved. While I preferred the 2007 in the next glass, I found this 1997 more poetic and emotionally satisfying.
