September 18, 2014 - With great anticipation I opened the somewhat heralded 2007 Hendry Cab tonight. What a disappointment. Based on the positive reviews--and the seepage evidence surrounding the slightly elevated cork--I concluded my bottle was corked/flawed. So, I discarded it and opened another bottle with no evidence of seepage or oxygenation. Bitter and sour, it disappointed, as well. I have one bottle left. Will take a knee for now, but not looking good thus far.

October 16, 2013 - Incredible. Black fruit so deep it makes you pause to appreciate. Most under valued, underpriced cab in the valley. One of the absolute best.

February 3, 2013 - Massive black fruit, licorice and coffee notes all tightly wound up with dense chewy tannins. One of the richest, densest 2007's I've tasted. It was like robbing the cradle unfortunately and I will have to repeat again in a couple of years to compare.
