March 27, 2023 - PnP. No detailed notes. Opaque purpleish black. Full body minus. Took 20 minutes to open up. Tart, with integrated, complex flavors of equal red and dark. Moderate spice. Extremely long finish.

November 5, 2022 - Drank with Sam and Amy. In a good drinking window. Full bodied, complex dark fruit. Smooth. Nice finish.

December 31, 2021 - NYE 2021 (ST): Decanted for 2+ hours. Cork broke with normal corkscrew, but was not overly saturated (so maybe user error). Not a strong nose upon opening, but after air time, it opened up with red and blue fruits, and some notes of cedar and tobacco. This is still mostly in primary phase, and the wood is evident. Flavors of red fruits, black cherry, and blackberry. Enjoyable wine.
