  March 31, 2012 - -Ona –Anakena-Cabernet Sauvignon-Carmenere-Syrah-Rapel Valley-Chile-2008-$13.93-A nose of dark fruit and earth, dark purple in color. A medium to full bodied blend, with blackberries, spice and earth, a bit austere, nothing special.

  December 13, 2011 - Unamazing. Combo of Cab Sav (55%) Carmenere (25%) Syrah (20%) sounds great, but simply doesn't work. The nose on this mash up is ok, but the blend is a mess and leaves a talc like (soft tannins) taste in your mouth. This is not awful, but it's also not good. Life is too short to drink this.

  September 2, 2011 - 1st night: Dark fruit. Blackberry, pomegranate & plumb. A little gamey. Good mouth feel. Nice tannins. paired well with spaghetti & meat balls

  June 17, 2011 - NOT real happy about this wine. As soon as I tried to put in the cork-screw the entire cork popped into the bottle. Taste was oxidized, so there was a bad seal on this bottle and it had been leaking air through the foil for awhile.
  
  Poor manufacturing and quality control. Ought to take the flawed/defective check off and give it the score the taste deserves.
