November 3, 2020 - Red fruits in the noses, cherry, fraises des bois, blackberry, myrtilles. then the lees, brioche, lemon meyer. bubbles is lightly foamy, high acidity, super fresh, pink grapefruit and delicate finale.
I would drink it again and again. -

September 28, 2020 - Robe doré, bonne densité, bulles abondantes qui chutent rapidement dans le verre.
Nez discret, pomme jaune, foin coupé.
En bouche, la bulle est abondante mais ne masque pas une attaque gourmande, pomme, herbes de prairie, en rétro, pâte feuilletée légèrement grillée. Légèrement salin.
Très bonne valeur. -
