May 27, 2022 - Elegant bubbles makes you happy. Wonderful glas with nice soft bubbles, clear and fresh, smell and nose of chardonnay and some cask,"dark" yellow color. Total harmony fruits, acid and tannins. Had it as aperitif. Drink now and enjoy the moment - why wait ;-). Enjoy OT

August 6, 2012 - Casual Wines Session on Monday night (Extra Space, Boon Keng): Light golden yellow with lots of bursting and energetic beads but not very fine though. It need some times to open up. The nose is a little shy too, light nutty and smoky. High acidity on palate with good intensity. Nice medium+ finish.
