December 10, 2023 - Brought three bottles to Dragon Christmas dinner. Luscious, decadent. Very young, but boasting a plump mouthfeel, heady nose, and great balance. Complex, nothing harsh, and no excess of viz marmalade. Will improve with age.

November 6, 2022 - Absolutely gorgeous! From a half bottle. Golden in colour, no amber at this point. Drinking perfectly, lots of primary fruit, some marmalade but still on the fresh side. Long finish, some complexity. Drink now if you like your Sauterne more primary. Will last for decades.
