May 2, 2021 - No premox thank goodness. Quite a feminine wine and delicate. The colour was yellow indicating that it is reaching its drinking window. Nose was honeydew melon, apple and a hint of pineapple. Body was fine initially and as the dinner progressed, the vanilla oak came out and became somewhat dominant which was a pity as it had good acidity, structure and some nice fruits. Finish was slightly on the oaky side. Very little minerality which was disappointing.

    Drink now.

    October 6, 2019 - Lemon colour.
Fleshy, pulpy, long and resonant. Lower on acidity but not on flavour or intensity. Ripe citrus fruits, sweetly intense, some honey and lanolin too. Seems like any oak has long since been swallowed up, not much residual spice remains. Has a broad mouthfeel and I imagine at its peak now. Drinking nicely.

February 29, 2016 - lovely lime and lemon oil is starting to give some and develop a mid palate richness. Jasmine, white peach. Paired perfectly with a seared toro
