January 26, 2018 - Pop and pour, though probably needed a decant, also wasn't the best pairing for my main. Nevertheless, nice nose with smoke, black fruit and charred meat. I didn't find the oak obtrusive, but is definitely present. On the palate, good acidity and loads of charcoal and black cherry liqueur. Soft tannin on the finish, and this bottle improved a lot with air. Wait for a while on next btl, but drinking vety well with some air already.
