December 7, 2010 - Drank over 6 days. Initially very primary with an intensive and concentrated palate of dark and red fruits and bloody meat. It developed slowly over the days and was best on day 6 when it was by far the most complex and balanced. This is going to be an outstanding Grand Cru, but it is still very much a baby.
