September 4, 2016 - Clear, yellow, champagne color, grape smell, not too dry or acidic. Not too sweet.

February 13, 2014 - Clear, green-gold color of straw, this is a fairly unique flavor profile. The voluptuous, curvy, "Dolly Parton" aspect of grenache blanc combines well with the less overt roussanne and viognier. Floral and herbal notes on the nose carry over to the palate and compliment flavors of elderberry, marshmallow, white peach and honey. Bright acids and a medium long finish. A bit much as a solo act, it combines well with soft cheese and mild charcuterie.

November 3, 2013 - Followed for about 4 hours open. Light gold color with a bright shine. Vanilla-coated lemons highlight the nose, with backing marshmallow and fancy nut mix support. I really like the weight and viscosity but am more impressed with the lack of the usual influence of alcohol to be expected from the region. The palate's profile confirms the aroma and adds a bit of banana creme. Long finish with a light and cool tail. The fruit might have hit it's apex and I see no reason to hold for much longer, but it was worth holding this long. 5+11+17+7 = 90

July 1, 2013 - Interesting. Floral nose and velvety on the palate. A good wine for an interesting diversion.
