  June 3, 2018 - This wine was fun but uncomplex. I was hoping for more since I opened this bottle in lieu of another CdP. Light and young.paired with grilled steaks.

  January 27, 2018 - Garagiste selection -- part of a mystery case! 14.0% ABV
  
  Color: dark red with slight brick edge
  Aroma: very complex; dark fresh and dried fruits and berries; a touch of
  tobacco
  Body/flavor: medium to full body; complex flavors of dark fruit; some warm spices, although distinctive types not apparent.
  Aftertaste: lingering finish
  
  Served with braised short rids and polenta!

  April 15, 2017 - Quite nice. Pop and pour from cellar. Showing a little pink at the edges. A bit of mint and parsley on the nose. Cassis, pepper and lettuce greens on the palate. Chewy and long finish.

  July 20, 2016 - Pretty darn good...hanging in there nicely. Open for 30 min in the bottle before drinking with no dropoff over a 90 minute dinner.

  November 28, 2015 - Very good straightforward CdP. Drinking nicely, for me thi s is early in the drinking window - still fairly fuity, but with some complexity coming on. No rush.
