January 3, 2015 - A light golden color, a bit too dark. Tart green apples mix with bruised yellow ones, some limestone and sea breeze notes. Tart acid, a leaner approach, the fruit is a bit subdued, like yellow and green apples sliced and left out for too long. Some moderate nutty and oceanic elements come in on the finish, a hint of saline. Overall, not very exciting or complex, but serviceable.

November 29, 2014 - The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like apple, bread and cream. It tastes like golden delicious and alcohol, and has a sparkling and creamy taste to it. The body is medium. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
