    December 31, 2010 - Meh....not as happy as last time, distinctly average compared to other sparklings i've had recently. Fairly flat flavour profile, a little bland but has some toasty quality. Open something else for dec 31st!

    January 25, 2010 - Nice straightforward refreshing sparkling chard from chile. Nice light background of some fruit and a level of acid that would go well with any food, like most sparkling wines. Nice price point. Doesn't have the same complexity that i've had in some more pricey champagnes, or some prosecco from italy.
