    August 8, 2022 - Spectacular

June 21, 2022 - Clearly extremely well made, but I think this was just a bit too much for my particular palate: too sweet, too concentrated, too viscous, too cloying. I like dessert wines, though I don't drink them very often, but this was an uber-dessert wine. I agree with the tasting notes written by other tasters- dried apricots, honey, caramel, along with a kind of prune note at the end. Long finish, very complex, but felt like drinking a glass of maple syrup. Maybe best served one crystal spoonful at a time.

March 16, 2022 - I cannot tell the difference between this and a solid Sauternes (Suiduirat?). Some notes of apricot but muted. Good balance - acid was definitely present. Maybe a touch too sweet for me. I upgraded this 2 points after a small taste on Day 2. Better balance, more fruit nuance.

February 13, 2022 - deep apricot in color, time seems to have dialed back the sweetess, at least relative to my expectations, fairly complex and aromatic

January 30, 2016 - More honey and spice than fruit...color has turned a bit darker as well...nice acidity and very smooth...preferred showing of my last bottle a few years ago.
