September 20, 2014 - Golden and shiney. The nose has apples but also notes og honey and minerals. On the palate a wonderful fresh and sharp acidity, very dry, apples, lemon, slight bitterness in the long aftertaste. Mature, probably on the top now - but ansolutely wonderful now.

September 4, 2014 - A bit darker than last time. Has gained some deeper tones.
Lots going on with the nose, multiple flowery layers. Quite intense.
Palate is acidic, but complex and long.
Drinks excellently now.

June 17, 2012 - Pale golden honey colour.
Floral nose with elderflower and honey dominating. Notes of lavender, lemon zest and vanilla.
Fairly dry on the palate with high acidity. Lime, citrus, and green apple. Petroleum hints toward the finish. Long stay in the mouth. -

December 1, 2011 - Strong nose, fruity (apple, medlar) and floral. Good acidity and structure, persistent and elegant. Nice surprise.
