    Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of yellow pears, yellow apples and wet stones. Flavors of yellow pears, yellow apples and minerals. Medium acidity, medium body. Drink or hold.

    February 7, 2011 - G6 (Jock): Light golden color. Tropical fruit nose with some toasted oak. Tastes of apple, melon, and lemon fruit. Well balanced with bright acidity. Rich finish with nice depth and freshness. 12.5% alcohol.
