April 30, 2013 - An unusual chardonnay, has some acidity, touch of vanilla on the finish, tropical flavors maybe pineapple or papaya. Much brighter than most chards.
Had with sauted chicken, aspargus, and polenta. The flavors became more blended with food and the pineapple began to come out more strongly. The vanilla finish became more subtle, and the acidity was no longer noticeable. -
