July 10, 2013 - Paired with spicy Thai food and was excellent as a food pairing wine. Nice sweetness to balance the spiciness in the food. Probably a little sweeter than I would like if there was no food to sip it with though. Prominent tastes of citrus, green apple and melon coming through. Nice bottle.
