Community Tasting Notes 2

April 14, 2015 - Delicious. This is an endorsement from someone who doesn’t normally like sauvignon blanc. White fruit and flowers plus some green apple. Nice length. Fred noticed the slight effervescence. I think it’s time to drink this, though. I brought to try to cheer Robin after she suffered a dog attack. Sauvignon blanc is her favorite white. It was the last sauvignon blanc in my cellar. I like this, the Grey Stack from Bennett Valley and St. Bris from Burgundy, all cooler climate sauvignon blancs.
