June 2, 2018 - Unwrapped the foil and smelled must on the cork. Popped and decanted. After three hours still a hint of cork taint. Sadly poured it down the drain. Sigh

July 8, 2014 - Part of a mixed vertical tasting of Bonnes Mares. Didn't linger long with this one, given the other wines still to taste. I only wrote down the word "barnyard."

July 9, 2010 - Light ruby with ambering at edge. Initially, some cherry and tea-like aromas. Light-medium body, good balance, cherry, dried herbs. After an hour, the wine had taken on some weight and the fruit was more pronounced, also some tertiary minerality and mint.
