April 10, 2018 - En riktigt bra chablis med en viss komplexitet och med bra, hög viskositet, riktigt bra syra och fenomenal längd. 91-92 p. Håller nog bra ett par år till men klar att korka ur.

September 11, 2015 - My first Droin Chablis and also my first Chablis from the supposedly great 2010 vintage. Unlike a recent 2006 Fevre Les Clos, there is none of the feared oiliness and exotic fruits which one might associate with a "big" vintage. Instead a rather classic flavor profile with good weight, some nuts, sulphur, lemon, a touch of oak. Very nice with good balance but lacks a bit the wow factor one would hope for from a Grand Cru in an outstanding vintage.
