September 21, 2014 - Steely, crisp, and delicious with seared scallops.

    January 5, 2014 - A terrific, elegant Chablis.

Pale golden in color, with a nose of honey, lemon zest and sea stone. Light-to-medium-bodied, with flavors of grapefruit, lemon and strong minerality with a touch of butterscotch and pear. The acidity level is high driving into a dust dry finish that is quite long. This is crisp, clean and very well made.

December 19, 2013 - Tight, powerful and youthfull. Full of geological matter with a faint suggestion of white flowers. Linear with a big puff of chalk on the finish. Maybe not as much cut as the 08 but so much mineral. Top stuff!

July 8, 2013 - Wow, was this good. Minerals and chalk, but there was a distinctive Chard character that was unmistakable. Bright acidity and a lingering finish, a treat to drink. I save a bit for the next day, but it was not as good.
