February 26, 2024 - Excellent, energetic, gaining complexity, but showing few signs of age. This seems like it will last forever - I wish I had waited another 5 years before opening as this is nowhere near maturity.

October 9, 2023 - In excellent condition, not over developed.
Mid straw color. Malo and green apple nose, great bite and stoney denseness on the palate. Freshness, energy and drive.

August 25, 2023 - At age 13, still right and restrained, so it seems like that’s the story.

November 4, 2022 - Slowly declining but still a solid Chablis. This vintage has been fantastic and the fact that there is no oxidation is great news. The wine has not changed much since I had it last. Only slightly less aromatic. Lovely bottle. I would drink on the short term.

July 6, 2022 - No note, but this was very good. Showing almost no signs of evolution at all. I guess that with composite corks, they live forever.
