April 13, 2024 - Served at dinner party, note from memory. Appearance: Clear, medium yellow-gold. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity with developed aromas of musty earth, brackish water, lemon zest, almond, and mushroom - kind of off-putting initially but grew on me over time. Palate: Dry, medium acid, medium body, medium+ intensity, 12.5% abv with developed flavors of melon rind, lemon tart, marmalade and saline with a medium+ finish. Clearly showing development but feels like there are years of favorable drinking window ahead yet.

April 8, 2024 - good but not as good as some earlier bottles (in the past year or two)

March 22, 2024 - Lemon, grapefruit and salty mineral notes. Great intensity and freshness. Linear and razor sharp. Wonderful acidity. The long finish is loaded with chalky dry extract. Wonderful!

January 25, 2024 - The Roots Fund Charity Wine Dinner (Atelier - Chicago IL): Wonderfully fresh and vibrant, prototypical Chablis with an inviting assortment of lemon and apple flavors plus aromas, some tart, some sweet. Very good length .
